We ship from Germany. We ship worldwide. Your order will typically ship out within 3 business days after it is received. Our shipping partners are Deutsche Post AG and DHL. Delivery time might vary for those outside of the EUI.
Return Policy: Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please contact us at info@wuerden.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be unused.

Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on packaging, such as bent corners.
